With the SMARTCURE™ series, Atlantic Zeiser is presenting the latest generation of its highly regarded UV LED curing technology. The compact modules cure UV inks in a cost-saving and environment-friendly manner thanks to their low energy consumption, absence of ozone emission, reduced requirements for ventilation and cooling as well as a longer operating life compared to traditional UV curing systems. The LEDs are instant on/off, so SMARTCURE™ only switches on when ink curing has to occur. This saves energy and increases the service life of the unit even further.
