LED的紫外线功率每年都在不断提高。 几十年来,紫外线因其能使DNA等生物分子失活而得到认可。然而,对于像酶这样的困难目标的完全失活,对于汞灯这样的传统光源来说,一直是遥不可及的。高强度紫外LED能够完全灭活难靶生物分子,甚至是RNase A。
通过瞄准特定的分子键,Phoseon 的技术比宽波段光源具有更高的效率和更低的总功耗。再加上关键UV-C波长的辐照度比封装LED高出两个数量级。与使用预包装LED相比,Phoseon从单个二极管构建完整的光引擎。Phoseon 将单个 LED 的特性与其他组件相匹配,以最大限度地提高总 UV 输出。
