Phoseon 的专利技术通过固态光引擎提供了更好的紫外稳定性。无论您是使用光学检测器分析蛋白质浓度,还是为药物发现进行RNA测序,可重复的过程在生命科学研究中都非常重要。固态光引擎本身就很稳定,可重复使用多年。传统的弧光灯本身就不稳定,需要反复校准和更换灯泡。 这些灯不适合任何需要日复一日持续光照的过程。
由于Phoseon的专利和专有设计,每个阵列的输出都经过校准和控制,以提供一致和稳定的输出。这发生在三个阶段:首先,输入电流被仔细监控,并随着时间的推移进行调整,使二极管保持一致的输出。其次,在初始启动时,控制每个阵列的电流,确保没有过冲的标称工作输出。最后,这些装置在较宽的环境工作温度范围内保持一致,因此在不同的环境条件下都能产生相同的能量。
