UV LED lamps offer better than 50% lower CO₂ emissions. Studies have shown that in certain applications, replacing mercury lamps with UV LED lamps can lead to 20 tons of CO₂ reduction per product annually.

By upgrading to LED, Eticod in Poland experienced 60% energy savings on their 10 station flexographic press, which corresponds to an annual saving of approximately 84,000 kWh, eliminating 200 tons of CO₂.
