Phoseon absorbance detectors for chromatography and analytical instruments cover almost any LED wavelength of interest between 210 nm and 800 nm. Intensity of these LEDs is many times higher than traditional deuterium and tungsten lamps at the sample site. In addition, new technologies are enabling light sources deep in the UV-C wavelength range at usable power levels. Protein and elemental analysis is possible at 215 nm or 220 nm wavelengths. Phoseon’s KeyView Smart Engine laser 220nm source.is ideally suited for use in analytical applications. It provides very high power when comparing to other analytical sources in this wavelength range, but not enough power to be used for disinfection. Map your LED wavelengths
By maximizing LED and solid state energy across relevant wavelengths, Phoseon provides solutions to a wide-range of applications including: chromatography, decontamination, disinfection, and imaging. See the list of available wavelengths and applications below.
