Phoseon utilizes multiple wavelengths for protein detection research.  Accurate protein detection and identification is a critical step in drug discovery and purity analysis. By looking at not just the absorbance of proteins at 215 nm, 260 nm and 280 nm, but also at the ratio of absorbance at those wavelengths, Phoseon is examining if more detailed identification of proteins can be run in real-time, during chromatography or spectrophotometry.
