Thermal Management

Phoseon products are offered in two LED cooling configurations. Air-cooled systems are simpler and provide for lower total system economics; water-cooled systems provide smaller form factors and have higher peak irradiance. Both systems are based on Phoseon’s patented  Semiconductor Light Matrix™ (SLM)™ technology with proprietary LED cooling.
